For 35 straight years(PDF, 2MB), the Long Beach Water Department earned the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. Now as Long Beach Utilities, we are committed to the same standard of excellence in our financial reporting.

The award is given by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada to governmental agencies whose annual reports achieve the highest standards in government accounting and financial reporting.
