Project Description
The project consists of constructing a 12-inch inter-tie between
the City of Lakewood and LBWD water systems to transfer water between
the two agencies during dry years or in an emergency. The project is
located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Palo Verde Avenue
and Carson Street in Heartwell Park.
Project Benefits
This project will enhance water quality and improve
fire flow protection to the area.
