William B. Townsend
President of the Board of Water Commissioners

William Townsend was appointed to the Board of Water Commissioners by Long Beach Mayor, Beverly O'Neill in June 2005.

Mr. Townsend is partner and vice president of INCO Commercial Realty, Inc., and has over 16 years of real estate sales, service and transaction experience in Southern California.

He has served as a member of the Long Beach Municipal Golf Commission and is active in the Long Beach Kiwanis Club.

Mr. Townsend received a B.S. degree in Agriculture from the California State University at San Luis Obispo.
