Stephen T. Conley
Member, Board of Water Commissioners

Mr. Conley was re-appointed to serve a second term on the Board of Water Commissioners in June 2002, by Long Beach Mayor Beverly O'Neill.

Mr. Conley has had a broad-based executive career , having served as Vice President of McDonnell-Douglas in charge of data processing, Senior Vice President of Union Bank in charge of Operations, and President of Westminster Memorial Park.

In 1982 Mr. Conley founded and is Chairman of Bancap Investment Group, a Long Beach based company that specializes in real estate investment, development, and management.

Mr. Conley served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps and holds a B.A. from Stanford University and a Masters degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has three grown children and four grandchildren.
