Thanks for visiting the Long Beach Honors Earth Day page!

We are really excited this year to start an annual event for the people of Long Beach.  Here is a breakdown of what's going on this year!

Long Beach Honors Earth Day 2008 is focused on showing Long Beach that conserving and preserving are things that can be done without leaving the city!  Local organizations and businesses partnered up to provide information on conservation methods and the importance of preservation of our wetlands, coast, and wildlife habitats.

We are currently looking for volunteers, what a great opportunity!
